Only minimum guidance is necessary during the whole preparation process, and so we will enter the picture three months prior to the wedding or event day. Although it is day coordination, we don’t want to see you a week or so before the event but instead, allow a substantial time to know more about the details and to establish rapport so we can meticulously check that all aspects of the preparation of the event are well covered. The service will allow the couple or the host to relax and enjoy the planning journey. Leave all the worries to us and focus more on what the celebration is truly about.

Event Handover

Upon acceptance of our service offer, we will take note of every detail of the event and we will fully take charge of the rest of the preparation. However, the final say is still up to you and we will try our very best to make your dream event a reality.

Event Time Table

We will create an event calendar with specific goals for the week and will make sure all of those are achieved within the given time frame. You will be informed regarding what is happening. Transparency and involvement are the keys to a great working relationship.

Supplier Central Contact

All your pre-booked suppliers will be dealing with us from this stage forward. We will redirect all communications to us so you would not be tied up with lots of emails and phone calls while your event is getting closer. If few bumps may arise along the way, we will solve it for you with constant consultation.

Wedding Day Rehearsal

As they say, practice makes perfect so we need to set a rehearsal date for all those who will take part in the wedding. We will book the place for you and coordinate with the celebrant and musician if available. A reminder will be sent to all members of the entourage prior to the rehearsal schedule. We will manage the rehearsal process which will take place within an hour time frame.

Wedding Day Preparation Time

From the moment, you wake up on your special day, we will be the people you can rely on. We will be there to calm those nerves and make sure both of you look your best. We will coordinate with your make-up artist, hair stylist, photographers and other wedding professionals who need to be there during the preparation time. We will comply with our time frame, check that we have everything we need, and leave on time.

Venue Set-up Coordination

A venue coordinator is different from an event coordinator. A venue coordinator is more focused on the logistics of the venue itself and so their scope is limited and you cannot rely on everything to them. Being your event planner, we will strictly follow a run sheet to provide timely delivery of products and services from your vendors. We will be assisting in our capacity in setting up the venue to achieve that wow factor at no extra cost.

Ceremony Management

A smooth flow of the ceremony is what we aim for. From the moment, you walk down that aisle and until you both have said “I do”, we all have it covered. Cherish that special moment and think of nothing else because we will be doing the works on behalf of the both of you.

Reception Management

This covers when the first guest arrives and assisting everyone finding their seats. We coordinate with the caterers, venue supervisor, emcee, DJ, musicians and the rest of the crew in giving you one awesome party.

Pack Up Supervision

Our work does not stop until the last guest leaves and all suppliers have bumped out. We will make sure the venue looks exactly what it was when we initially came in.

Wedding Documents

We will provide you with a checklist of all the documents required to submit. We will assist you that these will all be completed in a timely manner.

Budget and Payment Tracking

When everything seems to happen at once, we will be there to assist as required that you are on track in terms of the spending for your big day. We will keep an eye on the schedule of payments to secure bookings of wedding and event vendors.

Supplier Sourcing

As soon as we have created an event theme and design, we will be sourcing out suppliers that can provide services and products which are consistent with the whole vibe of the occasion. We will present you with few choices of vendors to help us achieve the event look that you always have wanted. Supplier shopping is always fun but could be tricky when it comes to decision making. We will be your shopping buddy to guide you through every step of the way and we will keep it a secret until the big reveal on your special day.

Guest Management

This is the trickiest aspect of the whole preparation. Our role includes handling your RSVP  and organising floor plan and seating. We will be doing multiple revisions as necessary with the coordination with the venue supervisor. We also look after transportation requirements for out-of-town guests.

Gift Registry and Event Website

Gift registry and an event website makes it more convenient for invited guests and are effective communication tools. This package includes managing your account and liaising with professionals to set-up for you.

Rehearsal Dinner

If you decide to make the wedding rehearsal extra special through a rehearsal dinner, worry no more because we will arrange the booking for you and the table set-up.

Event Styling

From the vision board to the actual execution, you will be dealing with only one competent and friendly events team. Unlike other wedding planners, our fees are fully inclusive of the styling service and have no time restrictions. No extra charges, no hidden costs. we are there from start to finish. Florists and rental items are separate from this component of the service.
